Privacy Policy (Enacted June 1st, 2020)

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, including information that you may provide when you visit our websites at http://www.worcesterelectricianschool.com, www.cormierscodeclass.com, or http://www.exambuster.net, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect:

online, including but not limited to any information collected on, social media and networking channels;

through telephone, email, text, live chat and other electronic messages between you and Web Properties that you visit;

through any surveys, questionnaires or any other forms;

It does not apply to information collected by third parties.  When a third party collects or uses your information, their policies apply.

Please read this policy carefully to understand all of our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with all of our policies and practices, your choice is not to use any of our Web Properties, or, to the extent applicable, to opt out of a particular data collection, use or sharing practice. By accessing or using Worcester Electrician School, Cormier's code class, or Exam Buster Web Properties, you agree to this privacy policy at all times. This policy may change from time to time (please see Changes to this Privacy Policy). Your continued use of  Worcester Electrician School or Exam Buster Web Properties reflects your consent to the terms of this policy and any changes that may be made to it, so please check the policy periodically for updates and changes.

Types of Information We Collect About You

We collect several types of information about you, including:

contact information such as name, postal address’s, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers;

profile information, which may include contact information, purchase information, company or organization name or affiliation, materials that you have downloaded from our Web Properties and other materials that may be of interest to you based in part on your profile preference settings;

purchase information, which may include products and services you have purchased, payment method, payment information;

licenses or permissions we have granted to you, such as a license to use our products. Use of any exams, quizzes, assessments, and automated forms records a record of performance and records all data you provide or work through.

We collect this information:

Directly from you when you provide it to us;

Automatically as you navigate through our web properties or e-mail.

How we use your information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us or which we think might be of interest to you.

To notify you about changes to our Web Properties or any products or services we offer or provide though it.

To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Web Properties

To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices.

Data security

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Web Properties. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Web Properties.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Web Properties, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of our Web Properties like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of our Web Properties.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information and preferences by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.

You may also contact us at [email protected] to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.  We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account.  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement, or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Web Properties, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Web Properties users.

Refund Policy for live video stream courses offered under our proprietary occupational school license 13100002 with the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure per Massachusetts General Laws

"REFUND POLICY (AS PER M.G.L. CHAPTER 255, SECTION 13K):

You may terminate this agreement at any time.

If you terminate this agreement within five days you will receive a refund of all monies paid, provided that you have not commenced the program.

If you subsequently terminate this agreement prior to the commencement of the program, you will receive a refund of all monies paid, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.

If you terminate this agreement during the first quarter of the program, you will receive a refund of at least seventy-five percent of the tuition, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.

If you terminate this agreement during the second quarter of the program, you will receive a refund of at least fifty per cent of the tuition, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.

If you terminate this agreement during the third quarter of the program, you will receive a refund of at least twenty-five percent of the tuition, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.

If you terminate this agreement after the initial five day period, you will be responsible for actual reasonable administrative costs incurred by the school to enroll you and to process your application, which administrative costs shall not exceed fifty dollars or five percent of the contract price, whichever is less. A list of such administrative costs is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.

If you wish to terminate this agreement, you must inform the school in writing of your termination, which will become effective on the day, such writing is mailed.

The school is not obligated to provide any refund if you terminate this agreement during the fourth quarter of the program.

Fulfillment Policies

Delivery Policy = Basic shipping cost is included in all prices. All products are delivered by the United States Post Office and are expected to arrive within 5 business days of ordering! Special expedited delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us a 978-407-2708 for quicker delivery options. 

Refund Policy = If not satisfied with any purchase, contact us at 978-407-2708 or [email protected]. We will refund any product that does not meet your expectations if notice is received within 3 days of receipt! 

Return Policy = Any product may be returned within 5 business days or receipt if not satisfied and you will receive a full refund. Products shipped back damaged will not be refunded. Notify us at wes@worcesterelectricianschool prior to returning. 

Cancellation Policy = You may cancel a subscription at anytime during the first 5 calendar days of enrollment and receive a full refund! After 5 calendar days, all sales are final!

Changes to our privacy policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting our Website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
